Transform Education Recruitment UK is recruiting Key Stage 1 teachers for primary schools across Birmingham. We are looking for nurturing, enthusiastic teachers who understand how to support young learners as they develop confidence and independence.

The role

• Plan engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Develop early reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Deliver effective phonics teaching.
• Assess progress and adapt learning to individual needs.
• Create a welcoming classroom with clear, supportive routines.

You will need

• QTS.
• Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and systematic synthetic phonics.
• Positive classroom management and strong communication skills.
• A child-centred approach to teaching.
