Transform Education Recruitment UK is recruiting SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in Birmingham schools.

The role

• Provide tailored support to an individual pupil.
• Help the pupil access learning and participate in school life.
• Support communication, emotional wellbeing and independence.
• Follow agreed support strategies under staff guidance.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

You will need

• A genuine passion for SEND.
• Patience, empathy and a calm, consistent approach.
• A willingness to learn and respond to individual needs.
• Ideally, a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
