Transform Education Recruitment is looking for an experienced Resource Base Teacher for a school in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

The role

• ? ?Leading learning for a small group of pupils in a specialist resource base within a mainstream school
• ? ?Creating a calm, structured environment with personalised plans linked to EHCP outcomes
• ? ?Supporting pupils with needs such as ASC and SLCN, including joining mainstream classes where appropriate
• ? ?Working closely with TAs, the SENCO, outside professionals and families
• ? ?Start: [date] | Contract: [long-term / day-to-day]

You'll need

• ? ?QTS (or equivalent)
• ? ?Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally in a resource base or specialist setting
• ? ?Strong organisation and a flexible, positive approach
• ? ?Two recent professional references
