Resource Base Teacher – Alum Rock, Birmingham

Transform Education Recruitment is looking for a nurturing and organised Resource Base Teacher for a school in Alum Rock, east Birmingham.

The role

• ? ?Teaching a small group of pupils in a specialist resource base within a mainstream school
• ? ?Planning structured, personalised learning linked to EHCP outcomes
• ? ?Supporting pupils with needs such as ASC, SLCN and SEMH, including joining mainstream lessons where appropriate
• ? ?Leading TAs and working closely with the SENCO, therapists and families
• ? ?Start: [date] | Contract: [long-term / day-to-day]

You'll need

• ? ?QTS (or equivalent)
• ? ?Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally in a resource base or specialist setting
• ? ?A calm, patient and consistent approach
• ? ?Two recent professional references
