Resource Base Teacher – Quinton, Birmingham

Transform Education Recruitment is looking for a skilled and compassionate Resource Base Teacher for a school in Quinton, west Birmingham.

The role

• ? ?Teaching a small group of pupils in a specialist resource base within a mainstream school
• ? ?Supporting pupils with needs such as ASC and SLCN, using personalised plans and EHCP outcomes
• ? ?Supporting pupils to join mainstream lessons where appropriate
• ? ?Working with TAs, class teachers, the SENCO, therapists and families
• ? ?Start: [date] | Contract: [long-term / day-to-day]

You'll need

• ? ?QTS (or equivalent)
• ? ?Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally in a resource base or specialist setting
• ? ?A calm, structured and flexible approach
• ? ?Two recent professional references
