The role

• Plan stimulating learning experiences within the EYFS.
• Support communication, early literacy, numeracy and personal development.
• Use observations and assessment to inform next steps.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers.

You will need

• QTS.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• The ability to balance child-led learning with focused teaching.
• Patience, creativity and a commitment to meeting individual needs.
