Having been a Director of a large thriving UK recruitment company for many years Marc built a strong reputation for finding high quality candidates placing 1000’s of teachers and school leaders into a number of schools and Multi Academy Trusts. A huge part of this process has been matching the candidate to their best environment to thrive in.
