Position: School Head Master
Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (Holding Company Level)
Start Date: August 2026
1. The Institution & The Vision
We are a rapidly expanding, premium K-12 educational operator based in Jeddah, catering to a highly
ambitious demographic of Saudi Nationals and affluent expatriates. We are currently executing a
massive structural and pedagogical upgrade at our South Campus, transitioning it into a premier
hybrid-curriculum institution.
The campus delivers a rigorous Cambridge Curriculum for England (IGCSE/A-Level) integrated with an
International Baccalaureate (PYP/DP) candidacy, underpinned by a heavy, state-of-the-art STEM and
robotics infrastructure. We are seeking a dynamic Head Master to lead this campus, drive academic
excellence, and manage a highly optimized, commercially viable operational model.
2. The Operational Architecture (The Context)
This is not a traditional matrix-managed school. We operate a highly agile “Line vs. Staff”
organizational structure to maximize accountability and pedagogical quality.
The “Staff” (Design): The Head Master leads a “Strategic Cabinet” (comprising the Academic
Director, STEM Director, and IB Coordinator). This cabinet is strictly responsible for curriculum
architecture, teacher tool-kits, and academic Quality Assurance (QA).
The “Line”(Execution): The Head Master directly manages the Phase Heads (Primary and
Secondary), who hold absolute line-management authority over the teaching staff regarding
daily execution, discipline, and performance management.
The Head Master is the ultimate authority orchestrating this executive tension: ensuring the
Academic Directors define excellence, and the Phase Heads enforce it.
3. Core Responsibilities & Mandate
Academic & Pedagogical Leadership
Direct the strategic integration of the British curriculum, IB philosophy, and applied STEM lab
work into a unified, high-performing daily delivery schedule.
Over see the Academic QA cycle, ensuring actionable data is passed from the Academic Director
to the Phase Heads for immediate teacher coaching.
Drive measurable, year-over-year uplift in standardized external assessments (IGCSE/A-Level)
and internal value-add metrics.
Commercial & Operational Management
Serve as the Campus CEO, holding ultimate accountability for the campus P&L, operational
budget, and adherence to strict Staff Cost Ratios (SCR).
Partner with the Central Admissions Director to drive commercial growth, acting as the academic
“closer” for premium B2C and B2B enrollment targets.
Ensure100%campuscompliance with all Saudi Ministry of Education (MoE) regulations, utilizing
the MoE Liaison Officer to navigate the “Noor” system and local mandates without operational
friction.
Cultural & Community Stewardship
Act as the outward-facing ambassador of the school, capable of building deep trust with a
discerning parent body composed of local and expatriate professionals.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous professional
development among a diverse, geo-arbitraged teaching faculty.
4. The Candidate Profile
We are strictly targeting seasoned executive educators who possess the gravitas to command a
premium campus and the commercial acumen to protect its margins.
