Role Overview
The Early Years Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning. This role requires a teacher who is passionate about Early Years subject education and committed to fostering a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the curriculum.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Utilize various teaching strategies, including technology integration, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school activities, professional development programs, and staff meetings.
- Support students in developing problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
- Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or Education
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Certifications: Teaching license/certification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent preferred).
- Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using educational technology.
