Qualifications and Experience
– At least Bachelors Level in Education or the equivalent
– A Master degree in educational leadership or the equivalent is desirable
– Further education or experience in business management advantageous
– At least 5 years’ experience in senior leadership in national and/or international schools, Middle East
(desirable)
– Thorough knowledge of international curricula and best practice standards for implementation.
– Experience in implementing major new projects and leading change in schools for performance
attainment and achievement of academic standards
– Demonstrated ability in positive management tools – performance appraisal, staff development,
mentorship and morale boosting
– Able to articulate educational issues and perspectives in communication with the school and broader
community.
What the School Offers:
- Basic salary: SAR 28,000-32,000
- Accommodation Provided (25 % plus 10%) or single accommodation.
- Transportation allowance: 10% of basic salary
- Medical insurance for the employee and eligible dependents
- Round-trip air ticket for the employee only
- Tuition fee discount for enrolled children at AGS (50% for first child, 25% for additional children)
