Qualifications and Experience
 

• British qualified with 5 years Senior Leadership and Masters in Leadership experience (SPEA requirement)
• A Master degree in educational leadership or the equivalent is desirable.
•  High level of awareness of current research as to how children learn and develop.
•  Capable to identify learning deficits and strengths to provide teaching and learning guidance.
•  Efficient in implementing and maintaining operational systems for SEN and Pastoral Care.
•  Counselling and advisory skills in order to support and guide students, parents and colleagues
• ·Efficient in material resource management and staff training
•  Well able to motivate high morale in students.
