We are working with a school in Jeddah, KSA and they are looking for an exceptional Vice Principal – Pastoral position at their Boys Campus in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The campus is an all-boys school following the British curriculum, with an American pathway introduced from Grade 9 onwards.
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
  • Have strong leadership experience in international schools.
  • Possess relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC/Middle East region.
  • Demonstrate strong student management and pastoral leadership skills.
  • Have experience in student wellbeing, behaviour management, safeguarding, and pastoral care.
  • Can lead diverse teams while maintaining high academic and behavioural standards.
  • Have experience supporting students across upper primary and secondary levels and working closely with academic leadership to support student achievement and welfare.
Salary and Benefits
  • Basic Salary: SAR 17,000-20,000 per month.
  • Accommodation Allowance: 25% of basic salary per month.
  • Transportation Allowance: 10% of basic salary per month.
  • Medical Insurance: Coverage for the employee and family members.
  • Air Ticket: Annual round-trip ticket for the employee only.
  • Tuition Fee Discount: 50% for the first child and 25% for additional children.
Start Date: The position is currently vacant, and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately or at short notice.
