Position: Physics Teacher/Coordinator Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaStart Date: August 2026   1. The Institution & The Context   We are a rapidly expanding, premium K-12 educational operator in Jeddah, currently transitioning ourSouth Campus into a premier hybrid-curriculum institution. The campus delivers a rigorous NationalCurriculum for England (IGCSE/A-Level) integrated with an International Baccalaureate (IB) candidacyand a heavy STEM infrastructure.The Operational Architecture: We operate a strict "Line vs. Staff" structure. You will report directlyand solely to the Head of Secondary (Line Manager) for all daily operations, discipline, andperformance. You will receive your curriculum toolkits and pedagogical coaching from the AcademicDirector (Staff/Design).   2. Core Responsibilities & Mandate    Academic Execution: Deliver rigorous, high-level instruction, (IGCSE/A-Level), translating the comprehensive pedagogical designs of the Academic Directorinto daily classroom reality. STEM Integration: Collaborate with the STEM Director to integrate data-modeling andquantitative analysis into cross-curricular projects. After-School Support: Design and execute at least one premium after-school academicintervention or STEM-focused club per term.   3. The Candidate Profile    Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education, or a closely related quantitative field, plus arecognized teaching license (PGCE/QTS). Experience: Minimum of 3years delivering IGCSE/A-Level  Sourcing Strategy: Open to strong global talent (UK, South Africa, Egypt, Jordan) aligning withour strategic geo-arbitrage compensation bands. Must possess high proficiency with educationaltechnology and a willingness to undergo IB methodology training.   Compensation and Benefits: A competitive tax-free monthly salary of  6500-8500 SAR Housing & Transport: Accommodation allowance equivalent to 25% of base with Transport at 10% of base. Education: Full tuition coverage for dependent children. Relocation & Travel: Annual economy-class flight allowance, relocation assistance, and settling in allowance at a maximum of one base salary.
