Drama Teacher – January 2027

Preferred Requirements

• Specialist knowledge and teaching experience in drama across secondary levels
• Ability to deliver engaging, standards-aligned drama instruction to GCSE, A-level, and AS-level students
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Experience developing and delivering practical drama activities, performance work, and theoretical study
• Commitment to fostering creativity, confidence, and critical thinking in students

Preferred Qualifications

• PGCE in Drama or equivalent teaching qualification
• Degree-level qualification in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related discipline
• Current or recent experience teaching drama in a secondary school environment
