Qualifications and Experience
- At least Bachelors Level in Education or the equivalent
- A Master degree in educational leadership or the equivalent is desirable
- Psychology and/or Special Need qualification within bachelors or masters advantageous teaching qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership preferably in the Middle East.
- High level of awareness of current research as to how children learn and develop.
- Capable to identify learning deficits and strengths to provide teaching and learning guidance.
- Efficient in implementing and maintaining operational systems for SEN and Pastoral Care.
- Counselling and advisory skills in order to support and guide students, parents and colleagues
- ·Efficient in material resource management and staff training
- Well able to motivate high morale in students.

What the School Offers
- Basic salary: SAR 28,000-32,000
- Accommodation Provided (25 % plus 10%) or single accommodation.
- Transportation allowance: 10% of basic salary
- Medical insurance for the employee and eligible dependents
- Round-trip air ticket for the employee only
- Tuition fee discount for enrolled children at AGS (50% for first child, 25% for additional children)
