 1. The Institution & The Context

We are modernizing the delivery of the Saudi Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum. We require an
exceptional Arabic Language leader to transition the department from traditional rote-learning
methodologies to an analytical, inquiry-based approach that aligns with our global IB philosophy.
The Operational Architecture: For daily teaching and compliance, you report to the Head of Secondary
and the MoE Principal (Line Managers). As the Arabic Coordinator, you collaborate functionally with
the Academic Director to design modern pedagogical toolkits.

2. Core Responsibilities & Mandate

 Instruction: Deliver the MoE Arabic Language and Literature curriculum to native speakers at the
secondary level, uplifting student literacy and analytical writing.
 Subject Leadership (Coordination): Redesign the departmental delivery strategy, creating
comprehensive lesson plans that utilize student-centered seminars and debate rather than
lecture-based teaching.
 MoE Compliance: Ensure zero errors and 100% timeliness in academic data entry for the MoE
Noor system for the Arabic department.

3. The Candidate Profile

 Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language and Literature.
 Experience:5+ years teaching secondary-level native Arabic speakers. Must hold a valid MoE
teaching approval/license.
 Competencies: The candidate must be a native Arabic speaker (Saudi, Egyptian, or Jordanian
preferred) who possesses a highly modern, progressive approach to pedagogy. Familiarity with
IB framework integration into national curricula is a massive advantage

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive tax-free monthly salary of  4,000-6,000 SAR

Housing & Transport: Accommodation allowance equivalent to 25% of base with Transport at 10% of base.

Education: Full tuition coverage for dependent children.

Relocation & Travel: Annual economy-class flight allowance, relocation assistance, and settling in allowance at a maximum of one base salary.
